Father's Day Giveaway 2026

The contest

The Schuck Law Firm Father's Day Giveaway will run from June 9th, 2026 to June 16, 2026. There are two ways to enter the Contest (please see “How to enter” below).
No purchase necessary to enter.
All contest entries must be received before the Contest Closing Day of June 16th, 2026 at 8:00AM CST. Schuck Law Firm accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible for whatever reason, including without limitation, due to computer or network or other system interruption, malfunction, failure or breakdown of any kind or duration. Schuck Law Firm reserves the right in its absolute discretion, without any liability to any entrant, to withdraw or modify the Contest.
Schuck Law Firm will make a random draw from all eligible entries received. The Contest winner will be selected on or about June 17th, 2026, in Weyburn. Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws.
Schuck Law Firm shall be the sole judge and decision maker regarding any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of the Contest Rules or any other aspect of the Contest and Schuck Law Firm’s judgement or decision shall be final.
Schuck Law Firm retains the right in its sole discretion to suspend or change for any reason, the start and/or end dates of the Contest, or to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest in part or as a whole for any reason.
Schuck Law Firm reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from the Contest and to ban that individual from any future Schuck Law Firm contest who it finds or believes to be tampering with the Contest entry process, the operation of the Contest or is acting in violation of the Contest rules.
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant shall be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered to comply with these Contest Rules and may be required to sign and return the Release (described below).
If the selected entrant does not respond within the prescribed timeline set out in the notification, they will be disqualified and will not receive a prize and another entrant may be selected (as determined by Schuck Law Firm in its sole discretion) until such time as an entrant satisfies the terms set out herein.
The winner may be required to execute a legal agreement and release (“Release”) that confirms their: (i) eligibility for the Contest and compliance with these Contest Rules; (ii) acceptance of the prize as offered; (iii) release of the Sponsors, if applicable, any social media platform, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, administrators, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Contest, participation in any Contest-related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom. The executed Release(s) must be returned within the specified timeframe indicated on the accompanying letter of notification or verification as a winner, or the selected entrant will be disqualified and any prize will be forfeited.
By participating in the Schuck Law Firm Father's Day Giveaway 2026 Contest, each eligible entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Schuck Law Firm, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies, licensors, any party involved in operating, creating, producing or delivering the Schuck Law Firm website, and each of their respective officers, owners, directors, shareholders, members, contractors, agents, employees, general and limited partners, successors, and assigns from and against any and all losses, liability, illness, injury, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, resulting from, arising out of, or in any way related to the eligible entrant’s participation in the Schuck Law Firm Father's Day Giveaway 2026 Contest or receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Prize.

Contest entrants can be entered in the Contest in the following way(s):

No Purchase Necessary – Like our Facebook page, share the Father's Day giveaway post (https://www.facebook.com/schucklawfirm), and tag a dad in the comments to enter the dad into the giveaway for a chance to win.
No Purchase Necessary – Follow our Instagram page (@schucklawfirm), share the Father's Day giveaway post to your story, and tag a dad in the comments to enter the dad into the giveaway for a chance to win.
Entry deadline: June 16th, 2026 at 8:00AM CST.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to Saskatchewan residents only who are at least 18 years of age and who enter the Contest by being nominated via either the Facebook or Instagram method of entry. The winner is the person whose name is listed on the nominated Facebook or Instagram account.

Prize

1. The prize is a $400 value that includes a Blackstone Omnivore Griddle, Hard Cover, and Spatula Set.

2. Only one prize will be awarded to one winning entrant.

3. Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

4. In order to claim the prize, the winning party must provide Schuck Law Firm with the following information:

a. Name

b. Full Mailing Address

c. Phone Number

d. Age

5. Schuck Law Firm reserves the right to make a substitution for the prize in whole or in part.

6. By entering the Contest the winner releases Schuck Law Firm from all liability resulting from the award and any use of the prize.

7. Winner Announcement: By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their names in publication of the Contest winner and who nominated the Contest winner. Entrants also consent to the use of a photo of the Contest winner receiving the prize in the publication of the Contest winner.

8. By entering the Contest you agree that you have read and are bound by the Contest rules and have complied with them.

9. The winner is required to pick up their prize, they must do so within three (3) weeks of confirmation as a winner. Failure to pick up a prize within three (3) weeks of confirmation as a winner will result in forfeiture of the prize.
